Walks last about 2 hours. Dress in layers, bring binoculars, water, wear a hat & enjoy the marsh. Meet volunteer docents at the center of the parking lot for Pescadero State Beach on Highway one. Pescadero State Beach has 3 parking spaces.

SuperSeal Triathlon, Silver Strand State Beach : Coronado, Southern California

The swim is a 1,500 meter swim in the Silver Strand State Beach Bay. The swim will be a calm bay swim. The water temperature will be approximately 58 degrees. Wetsuits are recommended. The bike course will be a flat and fast 40K bike course that will consist of two loops on Hwy 75. Safety helmets are required for the bike portion of the race. The run course is a 10K course on a dirt trail. The run will be composed of one out and back loop.

NOTE: SUPERSEAL participants must arrive to the event site prior to the SEAL Sprint 7:00 am start due to parking lot closures.

Race Beneficiaries

All SUPERSEAL Triathlon proceeds, less costs, go directly to the Moki Martin SUPERFROG Fund (MMSF), a non-profit (501c) organization (certification pending) that makes charitable donations to Naval Special Warfare charities that provide educational and motivational support and health and welfare programs to the families of Navy SEALs killed or wounded in combat or training.
