Our guests rave about this being the perfect location!

The huge covered lanai faces the Pool & Sunsets, and features the large Hot Tub, an additional seating and dining area, and a small bar with a conversation area as well.

This home includes Phone, WiFi Internet, Cable TV (2), DVD/VCR, Stereo, CD Player, Full Kitchen, Microwave, stove/oven and an additional toaster oven, Dishwasher, large Refrigerator, Ice Maker, Blender, spices and condiments, barware, All cookware, utensils, and sundries, Plenty of Large Master Suite is tastefully decorated in tropical colors, and has a King tempurpedic bed, & sliding door to Lanai by Hot Tub. 2nd and 3rd Bedroom each have a King bed as well, and Cabana Bedroom has a Full & Twin. Each Bedroom is decorated tropically and with beautiful bedding. Plus, each bed is supplied with a complete change of bedding.
Twice weekly Pool and Spa maintenance included free of charge, pre-arrival grocery shopping available at actual cost. You will have nothing to worry about here, the Property Managers cottage is located on the lower 1/4 of the 1 acre property. They are quiet and respect your privacy totally, but are there for any questions, directions, or advice you may need! They are glad to offer advice for anything from the best beaches, to finding the best fresh fish! This is a no smoking home, however smoking is allowed outside, and away from the home.
~One time cleaning fee of $150, add mandatory 13.42% Hawaii Accommodations tax. We do a full and thorough cleaning between guests, including all towels & linens, floors, refrigerator, stove & appliances, all counter areas, pool, hot tub, mirrors, and all outside areas. All mattresses are vacuumed and sprayed with Lysol, and covers are washed. All kitchen and bath supplies are replenished, including paper products, soaps, bags (Ziploc, trash, etc.), and spices / condiments. Stated rates are based on up to 4 guests. Additional guests add a reasonable $10 - $15 each per night. Special rates have limitations, but we always try to offer a great deal. Rates vary with Season, length of stay, group size, and special Holidays/ events. When emailing, please give requested dates and number of people.
