It has been renovated inside and out and is located in the heart of Kill Devil Hills between the highways and beach road. The cottage is located at milepost 6.5 and the public beach is an easy 4 minute walk to the end of the street. There is also a private beach parking lot for guests next to the Avalon pier! Walking distance to the movies, shopping, Avalon Pier, and a block to Awful Arthur's. The cottage is perfect for that small family beach vacation or for two to three couples looking to be close to the beach without paying the high beach front prices. It is located on a quiet street and is safe for children to play in the big back yard. The cottage is filled with a lot of amenities to make your vacation an enjoyable stay. Includes Cable TV in every bedroom, dvd, central air, outside shower with hot water, large deck with views from the crow’s nest, covered parking, and an charcoal park style grill. WiFi is available should you want to relax and surf from the crow's nest and take in the panaromic views. No Pets allowed and the renter must be 25 years or older and is a member of the rental party. There are no other hidden fees and include all applicable taxes. A refundable security deposit of $250 is required on all stays. Partial week rentals are only availble from September through May.
