You'll love relaxing on the lanai overlooking the private Marina and the outdoor pool area - you can easily access them both right from the lanai. Boats of all shapes and sizes pass right outside your door while you relax outside with a cool drink. Dolphins swim by most early mornings and again in the late afternoon catching their dinner. Pelicans dive bomb for fish and Blue Herons wade along the banks in the reeds. There is a spacious Master Bedroom with a King Bed and an ensuite bath complete with a jetted tub big enough for two. You can sleep in and then watch tv in bed on a lazy morning. Two Guests rooms are separated from the Master by living, dining and kitchen areas to allow for additional privacy. The quests rooms each have televisions and dvd players. One room is tastefully decorated with soft colors and is appointed with a Queen pillowtop mattress. The second guest room is playful and cheery with a colorful daybed with a pull out trundle bed underneath. It's great for two children or two adults. There's a full bath to accomodate these quest bedrooms. You can wash beach towels and clothing conveniently in the unit itself - no need to lug it to a laundry room. The first floor unit is super convenient for all your family and friends. There are large sliding doors in the Master and the Living room that lead to the lanai for great outdoor dining. You even have quick access right from your lanai down to the pool area and the Marina beyond. There's music on Thursday through Saturday nights across the water at the famous "Tacky Jack's" - listen from your balcony. If you bring your own boat, there's a large private 16' slip for your use. Boat on over to "Tacky Jack's" for dinner or just on the otherside of the bridge, Cobalt's offers a more upscale dining fare with a docking pier. You can go right out into the Gulf at the Pass, just a 100 yrds from the Marina. You can walk to San Roc Cay and go Deep Sea or Back Bay Fishing, rent a Jet Ski, visit the many shops, and choose from four dining venues. The Gulf State Park is just a minute by car over the Alabama Point Bridge. It's just beautiful, less crowded than the beaches behind the condos, and best of all, it's FREE. You could stay busy all week just in Orange Beach or there's even more to do in Gulf Shores, Foley, Dauphin Island, Mobile and Pensacola.
