Yes!!! Just 30 steps from the condo to the powdery white sandy beach. I am proud to say that the unit is even better than the pictures, lots of upgrades and additions and truly is the best condo in the building. This is a TRUE one bedroom that sleeps four to six comfortably. It is not one of those studios with a small bed niche that others in the building try to pass off as a one bedroom. It has a Deluxe King bed with pillow top mattress in the bedroom, a full size "top of the line" futon couch which is more comfortable than a bed, 2 single futons and even an extra full size king air mattress with pump and lots of extra linens.
